Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer in Interior. The position is located in Chennai - Thiruverkadu. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, researching trends and materials, and negotiating project costs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team, analyzing project specifications, and ensuring accurate cost assessments to support project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQ and conducting project estimations
• Background in Civil Engineering
• Strong research skills and the ability to stay current with trends and materials
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the design team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with interior design projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
