Estimation Engineer (HVAC)

As an experienced HVAC Estimation Specialist, your role will involve handling estimation enquiries and leads in the HVAC field. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 5 to 7 years of past experience in HVAC. - Managing sales enquiries from clients effectively. - Sending out RFQs and enquiries to vendors for obtaining quotes. - Creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost estimations, and submitting quotations to clients. - Possessing comprehensive knowledge of various materials and their associated costs. - Conducting site surveys to understand the scope of work. - Proficient in reading drawings and tender documents, as well as raising and responding to technical and commercial queries. - Participating in techno-commercial negotiations.
