Estimation Engineer- Civil

We are hiring a versatile and driven Estimator cum Process Supporter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organized, communicates well, and wants to be involved in multiple aspects of a business—from estimating costs to client communication and internal operations.

Responsibilities;

• Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, foster client loyalty, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Providing Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Preparing Detailed Cost Estimates: Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyzing Project Specifications: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine the scope of work and estimate costs.
• Conducting Quantity Take-Offs: Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and project success.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends to stay updated on industry developments.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and maintain documentation, including cost estimates, project budgets, and progress updates

Required Skills:

- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.

- Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent sales and communication skills to effectively present solutions and negotiate contracts.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to estimate costs and develop cost-effective solutions.

- Proficiency in Estimation Software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
