Estimation Engineer

Operations Management.

1. Maintain in-depth knowledge about the brands, materials, finishes and pricing

2. Document the data of leads received from multiple sources in a excel sheet.

3. Make an initial call with the leads and provide a brief description about the company and the products

4. Ability to build rapport with the customer

5. Identify customer needs & requirements and able to provide solutions based on understanding their budget.

6. Prepare a rough estimation for customers based on their requirement.

7. Able to identify customer status by interacting through phone.

8. Ability to identify potential prospects, understand their requirements, promote products, and establish the business.

9. Able to negotiate with customers and presenting the features of our products over competitive products.

10. Update the information collected from leads in the google sheet.

11. Allocation of leads to each BDMs & BDOs based on their assigned territories & location of the leads.

12. Follow-up with BDMs & BDOs regard updating the status of the leads assigned to them.

13. Receive & Maintain joinery details of the clients from BDMs & BDOs.

14. Follow-up with quotation team & enquire about the pending quotes.

15. Share the company brochure, photos of work completed sites and location of the experience center.

16. Coordinate with experience center team & provide potential prospects a seamless customer experience.

17. Coordinate with the experience center team & get data to know how many leads have visited the showroom to whom initial enquiry call is made from customer relations.

General

18. Submit leave request to Senior Sales Manager.

19. Maintain High level of professional etiquette and upkeep Goodwill of ALN Global.

20. Strictly adhere to organization’s SOP and policies

21. Participate in daily/weekly meeting and reviews.

Record Management

22. Prepare daily activity reports & submit to Senior Sales Manager.

23. Maintain awarded projects data.

Education: B Tech Civil, Autocad

Age: 25-35
Experience: 4-5 years in Building Material/ Construction Industry by generating Quotes/Estimation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
