Job Description

Looking for a highly professional and experienced candidate to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a Group Housing project, with a primary focus on ensuring residents’ satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive living environment. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for residents, coordinating with maintenance teams, and liaising with the Noida Authority to ensure all regulations are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resident Relations and Issue Resolution: a) Serve as the main point of contact for residents, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns. b) Listen to residents’ issues, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up. 2. Coordination with Maintenance and Service Providers: a) Coordinate with internal and external maintenance teams to ensure the timely resolution of any facility-related issues. b) Monitor the quality and performance of maintenance and repair work to meet established standards. c) Oversee regular inspections of the property and amenities to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are maintained. 3. Liaison with Local Authorities and Regulatory Bodies: a) Act as the primary liaison between the residential society and local authorities such as the Noida Authority, ensuring compliance with all necessary permits, licenses, and regulations. b) Ensure that all documentation related to authorities, such as permits and approvals, is up to date and properly filed. 4. Legal Case Management & Documentation a) Handle all legal matters involving the project, including disputes, notices, and court cases. b) Liaise with legal counsel, attend court hearings as and when required, and ensure timely legal action or response. c) Maintain organized records of all legal correspondence and case files. 5. Correspondence & Communication a) Respond to all official correspondence, including letters from residents, vendors, legal authorities, and government bodies. b) Ensure clear and professional communication on behalf of the management. c) Keep records of all incoming and outgoing communications. Skills: · Pleasing personality to deal with the residents. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Exceptional organizational abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: min: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
