Estate Manager

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies.
• Manage on-site staff, as well as relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Address and resolve owner complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, correspondence, and files related to the estate.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing maintenance and construction activities.
• Manage daily property requirements while planning and maintaining long-term capital improvements through consistent inspections for damage, contractor performance, and areas needing enhancement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
