Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Manager, located at an Industrial Park in Kheda, near Ahmedabad (Gujrat). The Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the park, including facilities, security, vendor & construction management, compliance, and administrative liaising. Key tasks include managing large property portfolios, ensuring smooth facility operations, preparing and monitoring budgets, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The role requires ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and upkeep across the estate while maintaining strong relationships with authorities and service partners. Past Experience Candidates should have 7–10 years of proven experience in estate management, preferably with exposure to industrial logistic parks and large facilities. Qualifications Skills in Estate Management, Property Management, and Facility Management (FM) Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and other utilities relevant to large estates/logistic/industrial parks Customer Service skills and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
