Estate Manager / Residence Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. House & Facility Management

- Oversee day-to-day cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of all four floors and common areas
- Manage pool upkeep, lighting, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems - Create and maintain maintenance checklists for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Coordinate with vendors for repairs, pest control, and service schedules - Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping across all areas

2. Staff Management

- Supervise 7+ in-house staff including housekeepers, drivers, electrician, and gardeners
- Conduct daily staff briefings and monitor duty completion - Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and performance logs - Ensure discipline, hygiene, and training for all household employees

3. Vehicle & Driver Oversight

- Maintain vehicle service schedules, insurance, fuel logs, and cleanliness
- Manage driver rosters, overtime, and conduct - Ensure all vehicles (Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, etc.) are always ready for use - Scout and pre-arrange parking spaces during external family visits or events - Drive occasionally when required, especially for family coordination

4. Procurement & Inventory Management

- Handle purchase and inventory of groceries, consumables, and cleaning materials
- Maintain vendor lists and ensure quality supplies - Manage petty cash for household operations with transparency - Submit monthly expense reports for approval

5. Coordination & Family Assistance

- Assist in planning and coordination for family travel and events
- Visit destinations in advance to identify suitable parking and access points - Ensure the residence is guest-ready at all times with proper ambiance and setup - Liaise with the family office and Chief Security Officer for smooth operations

6. Reporting & Compliance

- Provide weekly maintenance and expense reports
- Ensure legal and safety compliance for all vehicles and household systems - Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in all family-related matters

- Maintain a spotless, fully functional household
- Zero downtime on critical systems (pool, HVAC, generator, elevator) - Transparent expense management and reporting - High satisfaction levels from the family regarding comfort and upkeep - Consistent discipline and presentation among all house staff
