1. Diploma or B.Tech. in electrical and minimum exp. 10 years
2. Candidate must have experience of residential society handing over.
3. Maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting,
4. Security, Housekeeping, Horticulture.
5. STP, WTP, Harvesting.
6. Lift, Fire Fighting.
7. Site Budget etc.
8. Transformer& Panels
9. DG, Breakers
10. Liason work with Government agency.
11. Communication with RWA & Residence.
12 Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Manager
