Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute civil and interior works for new branches and ATMs within defined TAT.
Conduct site inspections, prepare BOQs, estimates, layouts, and technical inputs.
Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and vendors for timely project completion.
Ensure proper upkeep of existing branches, ATMs, and offices.
Oversee routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
Handle renewal of premises lease agreements and ensure timely execution.
Support rental negotiations and space optimization initiatives.
Monitor and manage operational cost efficiency for all estate activities.
Manage empaneled vendors/contractors and monitor SLA adherence.
Oversee AMC for Central Office machinery and ensure seamless equipment functioning.
Verify work completions and coordinate vendor payments.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, fire safety norms, and bank policies.
Prepare and submit notes, proposals, and approval documents to management.
Maintain records and trackers for projects, leases, and maintenance activities.
Monitor operational data and maintenance activities related to the banks windmill assets.
Process timely payments and coordinate with concerned agencies.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with min. 5 to 8 years experience in civil background.
