ESG & Sustainability Lead

As a Senior ESG Project Lead at Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL) in Jaipur, you will play a key role in advancing the company's commitment to environmental and social responsibility. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the on-ground execution of ESG projects across the environmental, social, and governance pillars. This will involve coordinating LEED, RJC, and SMETA audits, assisting in BRSR report preparation, and supporting various environmental initiatives such as solar power usage, EV adoption, afforestation, and carbon/water reduction goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting employee volunteering, driving innovation projects, and supporting trust-building activities across teams. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field, along with 4-5 years of relevant experience in ESG, CSR, or sustainability roles. A strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards, coupled with an analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and presentation skills, will be essential.
