Key Responsibilities
Support the ESG Product Manager in day-to-day product management activities.
Assist in defining product requirements, documenting use cases, and preparing user stories.
Conduct research on ESG frameworks, regulatory trends (e.g., CSRD, GRI, ISSB), and competitor products.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams on product development sprints.
Coordinate product demos, client feedback sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing.
Contribute to ESG product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Monitor product performance, usage patterns, and gather insights for improvements.
Stay updated with emerging trends in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and sustainability technology.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Technology, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in product management, ESG consulting, SaaS, or a related function (mandatory).
Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, ISSB, and CSRD.
Strong knowledge of carbon accounting, net-zero target setting, and climate risk assessment.
Familiarity with SaaS applications and product lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to tools such as Quickscrum or Figma is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with AI prototype tools, LLMs for building MVPs
A strong passion for technology-led impact in ESG space.
Experience in ERP and API connections
