A leading client of Empower Resources requires ESG and compliance Head for a manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: -Leading organization-wide EHS & Sustainability initiatives - Framing Net Zero Strategies with a target for future years - Conducting materiality assessments, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with cross functional teams - Implementing EcoVadis assessment for entire organization - LCA & Product Life Cycle Assessment - Implementing IGBC requirement for new projects / buildings - GHG monitoring and reduction projects to reduce Scope 1 & 2 emission - Assess Scope 3 emission through sustainable procurement - Ensuring Statutory compliance and liaison with regulatory bodies (MNRE & MoEFCC) - Audit & planning and execution - Conducting Training & Awareness program - Resource planning and team development Interested candidate can mail their resume at jayvardhan@empowerresources.in
