We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Functional Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, configure ERPNext modules, and ensure seamless system implementations. Key Responsibilities

Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments for ERPNext implementations.

Configure and customize ERPNext modules (e.g., Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing) to meet client requirements.

Provide functional training to end-users and create documentation for system processes.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, custom reports, and workflow automations.

Support go-live activities, including testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.

Gather client requirements through workshops and translate them into ERPNext configurations.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and client-specific regulations.

Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support change management.

Ensure system adoption and provide post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in B.Com,BBA or MBA (Finance ) and related field.

ERPNext Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

2+ years of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant.

Proven expertise in ERPNext configuration, module setup, and workflow customization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment..
