Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining these systems to optimize business operations.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain ERP systems to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Work with vendors to enhance ERP capabilities and resolve technical issues.
Document processes, system configurations, and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

6-16 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
Proficient in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
Experience with data migration and system integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
