ERP Software Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Software Implementation Executive responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting our software solutions for clients. The role involves application setup, system implementation , product demonstration, training, and ongoing support.
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage and preference will be given to candidates with accounting exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end implementation of the software at client locations.
• Understand client requirements and map them with the system features.
• Configure the application including user setup, modules, workflows, and basic data structures.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Support clients during onboarding and post-implementation stages.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with internal technical teams for resolution.
• Perform data import, migration, and validation activities.
• Prepare implementation documentation and progress reports.
• Travel to client sites as and when required for setup, training, and support.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of software applications and business workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
• Accounting knowledge will be a strong advantage (preferred).
• Ability to handle client-facing roles confidently.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and project-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BBA, B.Com, or any related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience in software implementation or technical support will be an added plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts (preferred but not mandatory).

Additional Requirements

• Should be open to travel within the country for client implementation assignments.
• Good command over English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
