The Impact You ll Make in this Role
The ERP Technical Analyst oversees schedules, and manages software updates and improvements, maintaining standards for all SAP deployments within NOVA. Working closely with Release Management and various teams, they identify requirements, monitor deployments to meet deadlines, and apply best release management practices. Ideal candidates understand project management and SDLC, uphold SAP global standards before testing, and support other ERP applications as needed.
  • Support the design of the current global ERP Release Management process and future changes to that process.
  • Work with process teams to resolve issues and defects in the SAP environments surrounding inconsistencies in transported code
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Routinely meet with team members from various global teams to go over strategies for change management and release management. This includes processes and discussions around the use of new tools as well as adaptation of current tools.

  • Knowledge of software deployment tools and version control systems

  • Continuous improvement assessing and enhancing release processes for greater efficiency and quality.
  • Guiding and supporting the team to promote effective release practices.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
OR
Minimum of 3 years IT project delivery experience.

  • Individuals must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
