Job Summary

The ERP Implementation Executive will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the ERP system. The candidate will also manage IT assets, ensure data security, and provide technical support to maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Maintenance

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Integrate ERP with existing business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Train users and provide ongoing ERP support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Data Security & Compliance
• Develop and enforce data security policies and procedures.
• Protect company data from potential threats.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Asset Management & IT Support
• Track and maintain IT assets (hardware, software, licenses).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Minimize downtime to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide reports on asset utilization and system performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and IT management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data security practices, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
