Job Description

Experience profile:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst & ERP/Software Implementation Specialist to support and lead key phases of software implementation. This role encompasses project requirement gathering, analysis and translate into functional specifications. To work closely with developers, testers taking complete ownership of project deliverables & project management to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Educational qualification:

Role Description:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business processes, requirements and pain points.
Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with system capabilities.
Support change management, training and communication related to business process changes.
Participate with development & testing team for facilitate & configure deliverable timeline and technology.
Select, negotiate and monitoring performance of external vendors for ensuring timely delivery of outsourced work.
Develop test cases, conduct UAT and ensure data migration accuracy.
Monitor and manage project timelines, risks and milestones. Initiate necessary actions to meet project timelines.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement insights.

Desired Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Advanced MS Excel, Power Point, Project Management, Knowledge of AI Tools and prompts.
