As an ERP & Data Entry Operator in Jamnagar, you will be responsible for handling key administrative tasks related to data entry and utilizing ERP software to manage various business operations such as inventory, procurement, and sales. Given Jamnagar's industrial focus on manufacturing, refining, and petrochemicals, your role may often be associated with industries like oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, or retail. **Key Responsibilities**: - Update and enter data into ERP systems. - Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and timely data updates (Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.). - Run reports for analysis and decision-making for management. - Manage purchase orders, sales orders, and procurement data. - Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency and integrity. **Data Entry Duties**: - Enter data into the ERP system from physical documents, forms, or invoices. - Organize and maintain physical and digital files (including scanned documents). - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems. - Perform regular data clean-up to remove redundancies or outdated information. - Generate regular reports for internal use and management review. **Skills & Competencies**: *Technical Skills*: - Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other industry-specific ERP systems. - Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.). - Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. - A general understanding of accounting, especially related to invoicing, purchases, and stock management. *Soft Skills*: - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Clear communication with different departments (Sales, Accounts, HR). - Ability to troubleshoot data entry issues. - Ensuring sensitive business information remains private. **Educational Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or Computer Science. - Certification in Tally ERP, SAP, or Microsoft Excel.
