Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our brass manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, preparing invoices, following up with clients, and coordinating with the dispatch and production departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Order Management: Receive and process customer orders through phone, email, or in-person. Confirm product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines with customers. Billing & Documentation: Prepare accurate sales invoices and delivery challans in coordination with accounts. Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation. Customer Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients for order status, payments, and feedback.
