Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our brass manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, preparing invoices, following up with clients, and coordinating with the dispatch and production departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Order Management:
• Receive and process customer orders through phone, email, or in-person.
• Confirm product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines with customers.
• Billing & Documentation:
• Prepare accurate sales invoices and delivery challans in coordination with accounts.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.
• Customer Follow-up:
• Regularly follow up with clients for order status, payments, and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordination with Dispatch & Production:
• Liaise with the production team to ensure product availability and order readiness.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for on-time delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and inform customers about delivery status.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a sales or back-office role in a manufacturing industry (preferably metal or brass products).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and billing software.
• Basic understanding of inventory and production processes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
