Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for an ERP Coordination and System Administrator. The role involves maintaining and administering ERP systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, network management, cctv management and ensuring uninterrupted system operations. Responsibilities also include coordinating with teams for ERP integration and upgrades, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data security and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in System Administration, including maintaining and managing ERP systems
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address system-related issues
  • Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology operations
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems and software, understanding of data security protocols
