Clear understanding or prior experience in media-related domains including media planning, campaign management, ad operations or media finance. • Techno-functional expertise with experience in database models, data mapping, and business applications. • Background in
AI Automation

Process Automation/Optimisation
, and ability to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement. • Experience working with
ERP systems
and performing functional consultancy tasks to support business process improvements. • Hands-on experience using Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing, validation, and documentation. • Ability to create clear and effective process flow diagrams using tools like Lucid chart, Draw.io, or Microsoft Visio. • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Familiarity with ERD tools and data modelling platforms to support business and technical requirements. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
