Key Roles
1. Business Development
• Drive insurance sales through IPPB branches by promoting Bajaj Allianz Life products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through walk-in customers, branch activities, and customer references.
2. Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with IPPB staff, including branch heads, assistant branch managers, and postal employees.
• Support and guide IPPB staff in explaining Bajaj Allianz products to customers.
• Ensure smooth coordination between IPPB and Bajaj Allianz Life teams.
3. Customer Engagement
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable Bajaj Allianz products (Term, Endowment, GWG, Assure Income, etc.).
• Assist customers in understanding product benefits, documentation, and claim process.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term trust.
4. Training & Support
• Train and motivate IPPB branch employees about Bajaj Allianz products, sales techniques, and digital processes.
• Conduct product awareness sessions, branch meetings, and sales huddles.
• Help IPPB staff with login process, documentation, and proposal form filling.
5. Operational & Compliance
• Ensure all business is done as per IRDAI and company compliance guidelines.
• Complete documentation and policy issuance without errors.
• Regularly update MIS reports, track performance, and share progress with seniors.
