Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions within
Ericsson Order Care (EOC)
.
Implement custom logic and workflows using
Velocity Studio
.
Develop front-end and back-end components using
JavaScript (ES6+)
and
Oracle PL/SQL
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to configure
CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote)
functionalities.
Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and security for telecom order management systems.
Support production systems through troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience with
Ericsson Order Care (EOC)
and
Velocity Studio
.
Strong programming skills in
JavaScript
, including ES6+ features.
Proficient in
Oracle database development
(SQL and PL/SQL).
Solid understanding of
telecommunications domain
, especially around order-taking and CPQ processes.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Familiarity with
integration patterns
and
APIs
(REST/SOAP) in telecom BSS environments.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with other
Ericsson OSS/BSS products.
Knowledge of
TM Forum standards
(eTOM, SID, etc.).
Exposure to
microservices architectures
and
containerized deployments
.
