As a Telecom Order Management professional with over 5 years of experience in EOC / ECM (Ericsson Order Care), you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in version 16.x and higher. Your role will involve working with the EOC and ECM systems, focusing on Business Process, workflows, Interface calls, and other related aspects.
