Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and administrative functions to ensure performance efficiency

  • Analyze operational data and generate reports for senior management
  • Facilitate communication and resolve operational issues within departments
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain safety standards
  • Work with senior leadership on hospital strategic planning and growth
  • Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and employee performance management
  • Ensure hospital infrastructure and facilities meet regulatory requirements
