Equity Trader

As an Equity Head in our organization based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in leading the equity investment strategy and managing portfolios for clients and the firm. With a minimum of 8+ years of experience in equity markets, broking, or investment management, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic leadership and ensure alignment with the organization's financial objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the overall equity investment strategy, identifying new investment opportunities, and overseeing equity trading. You will lead a team of analysts to conduct research, stay updated with market trends, and provide investment recommendations based on in-depth analysis. Client and stakeholder management will be a key aspect of your role, as you work closely with HNIs, institutional clients, and key stakeholders to manage investments. Ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities and implementing risk management best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent qualification and possess strong knowledge of equity markets, investment strategies, and financial modeling. Your expertise in portfolio management, risk analysis, and asset allocation will be essential, along with strong leadership, decision-making, and client relationship skills.
