Equity Sales Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for interacting with Institutional clients such as Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, and Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) for regular business. Your main focus will be on increasing revenue, votes, and ranking from these Institutional clients. Additionally, you will lead the servicing activities for Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, and FIIs. It is essential to have existing relationships with Fund houses, Insurance companies, Banks, and FIIs. You will need to analyze the market and recommend trading strategies accordingly. Collaboration with the research team to provide advice to clients is a key aspect of the role. Your expertise in promoting various stocks in the market and developing strategies will be crucial. Maintaining strong relationships with Dealers, Heads of Departments (HODs), and Fund managers while coordinating with the research team for trading and fundamental calls is also required. Regular client meetings to understand their needs and making fresh empanelments will be part of your responsibilities.
