Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for business generation including sourcing of Securitization deals form the Market. Close interaction with Originators/Counter Parties/Arrangers. Detailed Analysis of securitization deals including Financial Statement Analysis, Portfolio Analysis and Market Referencing. Presenting deals to the Committee/Approving Authority 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Business Generation/Sourcing of deals Balance Sheet analysis of the entity under consideration for Securitization Capturing relevant details from the documents and data entry for big ticket deals Credit Analysis -Portfolio analysis, static pool analysis, past trend and behaviour analysis Analysis of the data, deriving various ratios and related calculations Good at presentation to committees for transaction approval Coordinating with Originators/Arrangers/Trusts/Rating Agencies Checking on various parameters like Credit Ratings, Promoters, Group Companies etc and sharing observations. Close coordination across inter department. 3. REVELANT EXPERIENCE 4-8 years of experience in plotting and analysis of financials, P&L, BS. Past experience in Securitization (PTC/DA), Data /Credit Analytics etc shall be added advantage.
