JOB DESCRIPTION -
· To deliver support services to Customers over telephone, e-mails and through website assistance.
· To process the Customer request as per given situation
· To monitor the online website / master source of data or customized data feeds for enabling action on customer request
· To timely process data in respective departments following proper guidelines and escalation matrix
· Knowledge of Equity, Capital Markets, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Mortgage, Loans and all other money market instruments.
· Financial Knowledge on Company Acquisition, Merger, Amalgamation, Stock Split, various global stock markets and their price indicators
· Good analytical skills to intelligently handle tricky scenarios promptly.
· 24 X7 shift based compatibility and weekend working availability.
· 5Days – 8 Hours Shift (Rotational Shift)
· A minimum of one year prior work experience in a corporate environment in any domain
· A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Commerce or Arts (Honours) in Economics shall be preferred
· Should be well conversant in English language (Read, Write & Speak)
