Job Title: Equity Dealer / Trading Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Equity Dealer / Trading Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for executing client orders with speed and accuracy, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory norms. The role involves handling client queries, monitoring market trends, and assisting in the cross-selling of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients through online and offline trading platforms.
• Handle client queries related to equities, derivatives, and mutual funds.
• Verify and confirm all client orders before execution to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide clients with market updates, portfolio performance reports, and stock recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI and exchange regulations at all times.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Inform clients about new products, margin requirements, and any regulatory or policy changes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily trade reports and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for settlements and client account-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of stock market operations, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and trading software.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience as an Equity Dealer / Trading Executive in a reputed broking firm.
• Exposure to client relationship management and financial product sales will be an added advantage.
