Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
project implementations.
Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.
Manage project delivery, timelines, and team performance.
Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, documentation, and best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and advisor for EPM technologies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in
Oracle EPM Suite
(Hyperion Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, etc.).
Hands-on experience in
EPM Cloud and On-Premise implementations
.
Solid knowledge of
financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes
.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
