EPABX & CCTV Engineer

Job Summary: The EPABX Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange (EPABX) systems. This role ensures seamless internal and external telecommunication within the organization or for clients. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure analog, digital, and IP-based EPABX systems. Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues related to EPABX and intercom systems. Coordinate with vendors for system components and support. Maintain documentation of system configurations and service logs. Provide user training and technical support. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience with EPABX systems (e.g., Panasonic, NEC, Matrix, Siemens). Strong understanding of telephony protocols and wiring standards. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel for on-site support if needed. Preferred: Experience with VoIP and IP telephony systems. Familiarity with ELV systems like CCTV, access control, and fire alarms.
