Environment Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance

Assist to ensure compliance with environmental laws (e.g., EPA, CPCB, GPCB guidelines).

Help to maintain and update environmental consents and licenses (CTE, CTO, EC).

Support to liaise with statutory authorities and assist in inspections and audits.

2. Monitoring & Reporting

Assist to regular environmental monitoring & Analysis.

Maintain data logs and prepare reports (Monthly Returns, Form-V, Environmental Statement

etc on XGN portal).

Help to track environmental KPIs and support internal/external audits.

3. Waste Management

Assist to ensure proper segregation, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous

waste.

Support to coordinate with vendors for waste disposal as per regulatory norms.

4. Effluent and Emissions Control

Support to Monitor STP/ETP/RO/ZLD system performance.

Ensure emission control systems (e.g., scrubbers) are functional and records are

maintained.

5. Sustainability & Initiatives

Support projects on water conservation, energy efficiency, and green practices.

Drive awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees and contractors.

6. Documentation & Systems

Maintain ISO 14001:2015 documentation and support EMS implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and EHS systems.

Proficiency in STP/ETP/RO/ZLD operation.

Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
