Job Description

As a fresh graduate in Civil Engineering, you have the opportunity to join our construction projects team and embark on a fulfilling career in the construction industry. You will gain valuable practical experience on live project sites while contributing to the success of our projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsibilities may vary depending on the role. - Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution. - Support in planning, scheduling, and project documentation. - Prepare estimates, BOQs, and technical drawings. - Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at site. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members. - Utilize tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software. **Required Qualifications:** - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Basic knowledge of civil construction practices. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work at construction/project sites. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a team environment.
