We are hiring fresh graduates in Civil Engineering for multiple roles in our construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and career-driven individuals to start their journey in the construction industry and gain practical experience on live project sites Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities may vary depending on the role. Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution. Support in planning, scheduling, and project documentation. Prepare estimates, BOQs, and technical drawings. Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at site. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members. Use tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software. Required Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Basic knowledge of civil construction practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work at construction/project sites Eagerness to learn and grow in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
