Job Description

You are being offered an opportunity to join our team as a fresh graduate in Civil Engineering for various roles in our construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic and career-driven, looking to kickstart their journey in the construction industry while gaining practical experience on live project sites. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in day-to-day site supervision and execution, supporting in planning, scheduling, and project documentation, preparing estimates, BOQs, and technical drawings, ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained at the site, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and team members, and utilizing tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software. To be considered for this role, you should possess a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, have a basic knowledge of civil construction practices, exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills, be willing to work at construction/project sites, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in a team environment. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid time off and performance bonuses. The work location will be in person at our construction sites.,
