ENTRUSTMENT/Outsourcing & contract project management

You will be responsible for pre-contract consensus with parties involved (Indian & Foreign) and control of contract wise distributions/Ringi/RPT docs. Additionally, you will be required to settle commercials with all concerned teams, monitor post contract confirmations & recovery, and ensure closure of contracts as per agreements. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide financial reporting to audit & tax teams. In terms of technical/functional requirements, you should have hands-on experience in Project Management for techno-commercial applications and entrustment/outsourcing & related activities. You should also have experience in data validation & reporting, financial transactions (domestic & International), and knowledge of related activities like taxation. Familiarity with project management tools & terms is essential. Stakeholder Management and Communication Management are key aspects of this role. You should also possess skills in Project Costing, basic knowledge of contracting & related documentation, and preferably basic knowledge of the Japanese language. Desirable qualifications include an understanding of Vehicle Product Development Life cycle and basic knowledge of the Japanese language.,
