ABOUT THE ROLE

You will shape programs, drive community experiences, execute brand-building initiatives, and co-create the company’s culture and strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Co-Building (Work Closely With Founder)

• Participate in strategy, planning, brand-building, and new program design
  
• Shadow the founder in critical discussions and execution cycles
  
• Conduct research, prepare insights, and propose data-backed recommendations
  
• Bring creative ideas to shape the company’s early identity and direction
  

2. Program Management & Operational Leadership

• Set up and manage program schedules, workflows, and quality systems
  
• Coordinate with instructors and ensure smooth program delivery
  
• Lead daily operations including onboarding, communication, attendance, and follow-ups
  
• Manage events, competitions, workshops, and community interactions
  
• Continuously analyze performance and improve processes
  

3. Community Leadership

• Become the face of our center — empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented
  
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and instructors
  
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and feedback loops
  
• Lead community engagement initiatives and retention programs
  

4. Growth, Content & Social Media Execution

• Collaborate with designers to create brand-aligned digital content
  
• Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and storytelling
  
• Capture content (photos, videos, testimonials) across programs
  
• Support brand awareness, outreach, and online visibility
  

5. Multi-Disciplinary Special Projects

• Take end-to-end ownership of new initiatives
  
• Build processes, dashboards, and feedback systems
  
• Experiment with ideas to improve brand, experience, and operational efficiencies
  
• Help craft the culture and operational DNA of the organization
  

WHO YOU ARE (IDEAL CANDIDATE)

• A

  BBA/BMS/BCom/BTech graduate

  from a strong college
• Highly ambitious, creative, and self-driven
  
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
• Eager to learn directly from a high-caliber founder
  
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action
  
• Social-media aware; Canva-friendly (or willing to learn)
