15 years full time educationSummary As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales teams during the solution development phase. Your typical day will involve managing an internal matrix team to effectively scope and price solutions, while also leading customers through the intricate design process. You will collaborate directly with various stakeholders, including Internal Domain Architects, Partner Architects, Client Architects, and project teams, to create comprehensive and innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that the design process is seamless and aligned with both client expectations and organizational standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in enterprise architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Strong understanding of architectural design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud architecture and integration strategies. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing systems and processes. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in enterprise architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
