As an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer at Infoblox, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to customers, contributing to the resolution of complex issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Here's what you can expect: **Role Overview:** - You will be responsible for delivering remote technical support to customers and partners. - Your key focus will be on owning and resolving customer issues efficiently. - Your role will involve researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting problems, as well as providing timely feedback and workarounds to customers. - Documenting knowledge through tech notes and articles will be part of your responsibilities. - Additionally, you will have the opportunity to recommend solutions, enhance functionality, and support product-related protocols and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide remote technical support, addressing customer inquiries via various channels. - Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring their resolution. - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions to customer problems. - Offer prompt and accurate feedback to customers. - Document knowledge through tech notes and articles. - Recommend solutions to enhance application and system functionality. - Use innovation to provide workarounds for customers. - Install and configure Infoblox products and third-party software for testing. - Support a 24x7x365 organization, including rotational shifts and on-call responsibilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of one year of experience in remote technical support or systems administration. - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols. - Willingness to learn DNS, DHCP, and product-related protocols. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of operating systems like Microsoft or Linux. - Familiarity with L2, L3 devices. - Customer service skills and strong analytical abilities. - Self-motivated team player able to handle high-pressure environments. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. **Additional Details:** At Infoblox, you will be part of a culture that values inclusion, bold ideas, and continuous learning.
