As a ServiceNow Product Delivery Lead, your role involves leading a team of ServiceNow developers, architects, and operations associates. You will oversee an extensive portfolio of parallel projects across various product SKUs, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution. Your responsibilities will include implementing the overall strategy for ServiceNow products such as ESM, ITSM, KM, and omnichannel. Additionally, you will ensure timely and efficient delivery of regular releases for minor enhancements, running parallel to project releases. You are expected to participate in LT meetings to advocate for critical support needs and celebrate achievements. Supporting the rollout of innovation initiatives for ServiceNow modules and mentoring and developing team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth are also key aspects of your role.
