Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling our suite of IT products and services to large enterprises. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in enterprise IT sales, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors) and closing complex, high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level customers for our IT solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to align on account strategy and execution.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven enterprise sales experience in IT products/services (SaaS, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Strong network and understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Telecom.
  • Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • Existing relationships with CXOs and IT decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year

Schedule:
