Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise SaaS - SFDC - Servicenow expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in Zensar Technologies and experience working with ServiceNow.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise-level solutions using ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SFDC implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SFDC and ServiceNow.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting principles and practices.
Experience working with Zensar Technologies is highly desirable.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
