Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks
- Establish risk identification and assessment processes
- Create standardized risk taxonomies
- Assess materiality criteria for risk universe
-Identify and analyze potential risks threatening organizational success
- Work with senior management to develop risk management strategies
- Conduct market and feasibility studies for strategic projects
- Implement robust internal control systems.
- Utilize financial and statistical tools for risk evaluation
- Design risk assessments, dashboards, and scorecards
- Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks
- Develop contingency plans for potential threats.
- Provide risk oversight to senior management
- Create risk appetite statements
- Liaise with stakeholders and board members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
strong knowledge of risk management processes, preferably in a regulated financial institution, with an ability to work across organizational teams
