Enterprise Resources Planning Functional Consultant

As an ERP Functional Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions for various industry verticals. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client business processes and aligning them with ERP functionalities - Conducting requirement gathering sessions and preparing process documentation - Configuring ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Finance to meet client needs - Providing user training and post-implementation support - Coordinating with technical teams for customizations and integrations - Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients - Assisting in data migration and go-live activities - Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation/support (freshers with strong business process knowledge may also apply) - Good understanding of business operations such as inventory management, sales, finance, or manufacturing - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, flowcharting, and presentation tools - Ability to handle multiple projects and client interactions - Knowledge of SQL or technical ERP platforms would be advantageous Preferred skills for this role include experience with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or industry-specific ERPs, familiarity with manufacturing/export industry workflows, and the ability to deliver client training and prepare user manuals.
