Enterprise Product Manager

If you are passionate about improving user experiences and making a significant business impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shape the future of Sales Planning & Forecasting globally. **ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Product Management:** - Accountable for the overall success of the product throughout its lifecycle - Identify domain needs, develop and validate product concepts, and build a business case - Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive progress and success - Drive agile best practices with the team to improve delivery **Stakeholder Engagement:** - Identify key stakeholder groups and deliver products that meet their needs - Build trust with stakeholders by actively working to ensure their needs are met **Product Strategy:** - Provide strategic leadership for assigned products throughout the entire lifecycle - Plan and optimize capabilities to deliver business outcomes efficiently **Product Discovery & Delivery:** - Create comprehensive product roadmaps to clarify user needs and non-functional requirements - Plan and manage product delivery while streamlining the backlog - Monitor user feedback and metrics to co-create solutions that drive a better user experience **People & Collaboration:** - Proactively communicate and collaborate with product users and stakeholders - Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in product management, engineering, and other technically focused organizations **KEY WORKING RELATIONS:** - Engineers (Software/Data/etc.) - UX Researchers & Designers - Data Scientists - Other Product Managers - Relevant business leaders and stakeholders **WHO YOU ARE:** **Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar - 7+ years of relevant experience as a product manager - 2+ years of experience with Agile development and DevOps - Proficiency in English **Preferred:** - Ability to lead through influence initiatives involving cross-functional teams - Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design, and user analysis - Strong analytical, management, and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Experience in building product vision, product roadmap, and strategy At Bayer, we are committed to higher productivity, faster innovation, and better results through Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO).
