Job Description

As a strategic hands-on role, you will be responsible for organizational design, process redesign, applying advanced technology and tools, and leading change management techniques to deliver transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Construct and back-test statistical models for Enterprise workforce planning. - Create downstream department level operational plans from the enterprise plan. - Track plan to actual on key metrics such as utilization, offshoring, pyramid, and hiring. - Conceptualize and implement additional metrics as needed for effective quantitative analysis and insights. - Coordinate with Corporate functions, Business leaders, and IT to identify gaps in existing processes, conduct root cause analysis, and drive organization changes. - Create communication cycles, project milestones, and drive cross-functional engagement. - Present information using data visualization techniques. - Occasionally lead process transformation programs across the organization. - Prepare for enterprise audit/risk reviews/governance reviews. - Proactively look for optimization opportunities in business operations. - Manage stakeholders and steer various enterprise-wide initiatives and programs towards timely completion, providing project updates to top management about strategy adjustments and progress. - Liaise with the IT team to design, plan, track, and monitor the rollout of corporate systems designed for process reengineering. Qualifications: - 12+ years of relevant multi-functional experience in Tier 1 IT Services firm, Consulting, Automotive, FMCG, or Fortune 500 Company. - Excellent academic background with an educational qualification of CA. Advanced degrees in economics or finance are preferred. - Strong understanding of IT business operations and financial metrics. - Strong capability in solution modeling, scenario building, and sensitivity analysis. - Proven track record of leading change management and operational/process transformation programs. - Ability to implement techniques for cost optimization and waste reduction. - Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced consulting environment. - Hands-on experience in Excel, presentations, working on large amounts of data, and financial modeling.,
